Produced by Chef Yuhkai Hattori, who has been working on "U.kai" for two years and has a half-year waiting list for reservations.This is the world's first T-bone steak of female Omi beef, made possible by frequent visits to the ranch. The T-bone steak is not only rare but also uniquely delicious.

fantastic experience - well worth the price. Experience the taste of omi beef in all the possible ways & learn about the food in the process. Great concept from the head chef and outstanding service from all the staff. A wonderful night out!

Our family had an amazing dining experience here. Come hungry because there will be plenty to eat. We couldn’t even finish everything. The pace of the meal was perfect and every bite was memorable. The Omi beef wagyu was tender and melt in your mouth. Don’t miss this restaurant when you visit Tokyo.

Overall the omi beef was good and tasty and the first couple of dishes along with the steak were great. The omi spiced curry was one of the worst dishes on the menu and that was what I was looking forward to the most. It was so heavily spiced, it was inedible. The dessert also felt like an afterthought. Unfortunately, I could not help but feel a little disappointed at the end of the meal since those two courses were the last ones.

An unbelievable experience. This was a steak omakase and it was the most unique beef experience I’ve ever had. My colleagues loved it and I will bring another group to Japan and will bring them here.

Such an amazing place! I loved every second, the food was outstanding and everyone were so kind and professional. I will come back for sure next time I'm in tokyo

What a mind blowing meal. The Omi beef was melt-in-the-mouth with a generous quantity served across 9 dishes (excluding palate cleanser and dessert). We were even given an extra portion of curry rice to bring home. Service was warm and friendly. Special shout out to Jonah for doing a great job introducing each dish. Pricing was incredible value for the quality and amount of food and drink on offer.
