About ROKA

The name ROKA carries great meaning - ROKA is a meeting place where food and drinks are shared with friends (ro) and heat, warmth and an all-embracing energy surround (ka). The principle cuisine is from the robata grill, which originates from the fishermen of the northern coastal waters off japan, who would cook the fish on the boats with different charcoals and share the bounty with one another using their oars.

ROKA charlotte street opened in 2004, ROKA canary wharf in 2009, ROKA mayfair in february 2014 and ROKA aldwych in october 2014.

Kindly note that our set brunch menu is served throughout lunchtime on Saturdays and all day on Sundays – a la carte menu is not available during this time. Menus may vary according to date, time and location, please check menus prior to booking.

                                            La atención es de primera, los camareros son muy amables, constantemente están preguntando si está todo ok, y se encuentran disponible para cualquier consulta. Hacen muy buenas recomendaciones sobre los platos. El ambiente es relajado y uno se siente a gusto. La comida es exquisita, una explosión de sabores. No dejen de probar el Black Cod y El Volcán con centro de Green tea. Sin duda volveremos

                                            Fue una gran experiencia gastronómica. A diferencia de otros restaurantes en Londres la música no está muy alta, se puede hablar, la luz es adecuada...a recomendar.

                                            Although the initial impression was mixed because we waited for 5 -6 min by the entrance to get our table, the rest of the evening was amazing. Food was fresh, delicious, full of flavour and beautifully served. The selection of drinks was great as well. The staff who looked after our table were amazing, attentive and super professional. We had an amazing experience thanks to their service, great food and freshness of all ingredients. Would definitely like to come back

                                            Thank you!! - I booked for friends, who had never visited before - We had an unforgettable dining experience with wonderful suport with menu choices. We started with beautifully presented Sushi and Sashimai followed by a wonderful selection from the Robata. Overall: A truly warm and inviting experience, delivered by an attentive and knowlegeable team-Highlighy recommended!!
