A warm and inviting place where guests could gather to relax and enjoy a delicious meal, a glass of wine or a cocktail, and conversation with friends. European-style design with comfortable chairs, pleasant colors, and a familiar feel. Our atmosphere and menu are largely Italian-inspired, however, we also offer a wide variety of seafood dishes and char-grilled meats too. In addition, we stay true to the traditional “diner experience” by serving timeless home-style favorites, artisan sandwiches and breakfast any time.

Me and my guests food was cold. The only thing that was hot was our meats. We also had an issue with the split checks. He told us we couldn’t do half cash and the other half card which was very crazy to us.

My family and i absolutely enjoyed the food. I’ve Been going there for about 12 years. The quality in the food had changed and i stop going for awhile, but th recent change in menu and I’m assuming chef’s has made a big difference ❤️

Overall the food was good. However, the crab cake was not as good, to much seasoning and filling less crab meat.

This was our first time to Rosario’s. Why not make our first the holiday special! The service was awesome. Our waiter was funny, attentive, & had a great attitude. Our food was delicious, great portions, & delivered promptly. We will definitely come back again.

My mom and I had Thanksgiving dinner here and the service was impeccable. The portions are huge - my mom's turkey dinner came with enough food to last her four meals. I had the chicken tenders with fries which were delicious, but the mac & cheese was probably the best I've ever had. My mom loved her turkey platter but thought it came with too much dark meat, which is hard for her to chew. We loved the garlic bread and the mozzarella sticks. The restaurant is clean and nice inside, but the sun was setting while we were there (my mom eats dinner early lol) and it was a bit blinding. It's also just not a very scenic area of Baltimore in general, but it was our second Thanksgiving meal here and we both had a great time & will come back again.

The ambiance of the restaurant was a bit sketchy - half of the restaurant was dedicate to "fine dining" customers and the other half for "normal customers". Not sure how they determine who gets to sit on what side but I would've really preferred to sit in the fine dining section and was still seated in the "non table-cloth section". Additionally, service was very slow despite the restaurant being empty. The food came out fast but the wine glasses were taking longer than the food. I originally left an additional tip for my server, but after having to remind her twice about my take-out box, I had to change my mind.
