    Main dishes were good. Ordered a side of green beans and it was a very small serving for $7!! Even the server was surprised at how little there was! It definitely was not enough to share. Didn’t help that it was overcooked and shriveled, making the serving size appear even smaller!

    The service was amazing! The ability of the server to speak Hawaiian was a fantastic touch to an otherwise acceptable menu and overall experience! He was a Wow personality and server.

    Very good food and service. The waiter explained to me how to order my salad to my personal specifications. It was delicious. The noise level was very high! I would recommend putting something on the walls or ceiling to help absorb all the voices that bounced off of every hard surface. It was hard to have a conversation.

    We had the Arugula Prociutto pizza and it was delicious. But the thing that made out visit so enjoyable was Troy, our waiter. He went out of his way to accomodate us. Everyone we've had is nice but Troy was special.

    Our waiter needs way more training to be in line with the standard that ruscellos has always had. No water offered or brought , no refills on iced tea, left our dirty plates on the table almost the whole time, no mini chocolate sticks in the bill fold which I always look forward to. Honestly it was a But disappointing.

    Food was excellent. Portions were good. The only negative was they wouldn’t take payment by phone. My husband forgot his Nordstrom credit card in the car and had to walk back (his car was not parked close by). They also said couldn’t look up our credit card card by phone number either. So the inconvenience kind of made the lunch end on a bad note.

    We have been going to Ruscello for many years and some changes have been instigated lately. They no longer offer complimentary rolls at the beginning of the meal. If you desire rolls, you must order and purchase them and they are coated with olive oil and sprinkled cheese. I rather have the old way of nothing on the rolls, plain. Having to pay for them I guess is ok because there may have been a lot of waste in the beginning. They also did away with the aioli that accompanied the salmon. I’m not talking about the olive tapenade that comes with the fries, but an aioli that was great with the salmon.
