    Bang average, and definitely not a ‘prime steakhouse experience’. Food was good (although has gone downhill since our last visit), wait staff attentiveness was virtually non-existent (seemed rushed or understaffed), and noise levels were through the roof. After today, I will always choose Lewnes over Ruth’s Chris - and suggest the managers of RC take a look at how a prime steakhouse SHOULD operate by paying them a visit.

    Ruth's Chris was disappointing. It was very busy in the bar area and the manager went around telling everyone to be quiet...well there were fun drunk people, football game on and lots of fun energy. I had some lady call me over to her table which was next to the bar and she told me to shut the F up!! Ok lady the whole bar was loud, next time don't sit next to the bar. Service was ok, food was mediocre. The servings were so small!!! At the end the waitress ended up charging us for 11 chocolate martinis and 9 other drinks! We usually just throw cards on the table and split, thank goodness someone in our party double checked the bill!!!!! Will not be going back should've given Lewnes' our business.

    The service and the food were exceptional! We ordered Calamari and Oysters Rockefeller as appetizers and we both had Petit Ribeye with Lobster Mac and Creamed Spinach for our sides. Everything was delicious! The service was absolutely wonderful. Josh was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a fairly private table to celebrate our anniversary and they even added rose petals to the table. It was a wonderful experience.

    We’ve been to this restaurant many times and have never had a bad experience, until tonight. First, they sat us in the “patio” which is not the same- the ambience is not as good and you feel like you’re sitting outside. The whole patio was empty except for one very loud table of 6 and that sat us right next to them! They were so loud we could barely hear each other, not what we wanted to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Then, we asked the waiter if my son could order off the happy hour menu- the menu says bar area and patio only and our waiter said no (and kids menu is only through age 10 and he’s 12). My husband got up and asked the bartender if where we were sitting was considered the patio and she said yes and then said we could absolutely order off the happy hour menu. My husband proceeded to tell her that we were sat right next to a noisy table when no one else was in there and she then went and talked to the manager and had us moved inside to a much better table. Because of her, our experience was much better, however, we still got stuck with the same waiter and he was terrible!! Service was very slow and they forgot to bring out a side dish we ordered and we had to ask twice for it. We were in the restaurant for 2.5 hrs it took so long!!! Food was ok but it’s sooo overpriced. Don’t think we’ll go back.

    Our steak was cooked just a tad too much but that’s being picky. Everything was A+ and the service from Anna, our server, was superior.
