   Algunas regras en la recepción me parecen muy raras, en el cumpleaño de mi hija no he podido sentar en la mesa antes de su llegada ( era para ser sorpresa) porque las regras es que solo pueden sentar todos de una sola vez ! Además de esta falta de tacto y falta de simpatia de esta gente de la recepción la comida es muy buena.

   A pesar de tener reservación nos pasaron 35 minutos después a pesar de que había mesas desocupadas, no había cosas del menú disponibles

   We had excellent service and a wonderful meal with a relaxing environment. The noise level increased as the restaurant filled up. It was my birthday celebration, & our server fussed about me & brought a beautiful free dessert to me! We will return there soon!

   This fine dining restaurant falls short of its older sibling in Beverly Hills. The wait staff is friendly but overworked meaning it takes forever to get a 2nd glass of wine. I can only imagine how much money they’re losing by not filling drink orders fast enough. After reminding the server about beverages we were told the bar was backed up. I dislike excuses that push blame on someone else. The food was fine, but not worth the price. Seems like they’ve traded quality for volume. So a $17 side dish doesn’t blow you away but it feeds 5 people. Think food-4-less. The inexcusable part was the disgusting bathroom. How do they let a public facing area get so bad? What must it look like in the kitchen? And the hard water deposits mean it wasn’t an off night; it’s a management team that has given up on standards.

   So it’s a steakhouse, obviously had to try the steak— phenomenal! Only seasoned with salt and pepper but so so flavorful. Next, the stuffed chicken was mandatory. So very good, seasoned beautifully and packed with cheese and herbs— sublime. Also the roast on the skin added a welcomed crunchy texture contrast. Rounded out with the lobster mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Noodles could have been seasoned more and the lobster was a little underwhelming— more like a minced topping than chunks. Mash was great, tip— ask for shaved parm to throw on top. Sprouts disappointed a bit for me cause they weren’t cooked through like I prefer, although my date loved em so it depends on preference whether you like them with a bit more bite or a more soft texture. Lastly, cheesecake was a 1000% go!

   Rude greeting staff at the front door and we had a reservation. The woman at the front with glasses at the reservation computer was arrogant and not friendly, nor welcoming and the woman who tried to seat us in the very back of the restaurant was very unpleasant. There were several open tables but the staff upfront was unprofessional and rude and wanted to give us a hard time even though we have been going to Ruth’s Chris all over for decades and had a reservation beforehand, and they had us wait awhile and it was not a packed restaurant. Only the bar was full and we weren’t going in to the bar, only the main restaurant which was very open. Had to ask for the manager at the front because the service was so poor in trying to be seated for our table. Premium service was not delivered unfortunately.
