    Great restaurant and we are loyal Ruth Chris Customers but they were not ready for the Valentine’s Day rush. Waited over 45 minutes for table. Drinks took another 45 minutes to get and steak was not cooked to right temperature.

    Everything was amazing they made the whole night a great experience in the food was very good as well as long with the service

    15 minutes late being seated but it was Valentine’s Day so I get it… food was delicious service was great..

    The fillet is better than the bone in fillet. Stick with the regular fillet

    Going down hill. This is the 2nd time returning to this location where we had issues that were poorly managed by Ruths staff (previous experience involved my son immediately getting sick after the meal without the offer of any refund upon reporting the issue). This time we had a whole host of issues with our experience...we were a party of 4 and each ordered from the Ruths Classics menu (one informed server of a shirmp allergy) upon placing his order . When we received our order, my friend with the allergy had to send his back as the separate plating request was ignored & the shrimp was placed on top of the filet. Two of the remaining 3 of us ordered our filets medium and they were delivered well done so those had to sent back too. Having our food delivered at different times ruined the ambiance of this expensive meal. To make matters worse, we noticed an ant crawling across the table at the end of the meal. We showed our server the ant and he removed it from the table. While the manager stopped by our table to apologize, given the high cost of dining at Ruths and the degradation of our experience, we thought more should have been done to make this siutation right. We won't be coming back!
