    Waiter was on his game. Great at his job. All the food from the bread, appetizer to the meals and side. Last but not least the awesome cheese cake with the raspberry topping. The coffee was also very good. Thanks for a great experience.

    this was my most disappointed experience at Ruth Chris.It was valentine's day so i knew it would be crowded but i made a reservation 2 weeks before, specifying booth seating on Open Table. I even called 3 days before and reaffirmed my reservation with booth request. The lady on the phone said no worries, i got you set. of course we arrive for 630p reservation and was told a booth wasnt available. The guy at the desk proceeds to give me a 6 foot 235lb man a single deuce table in an adjacent room, not even the main room. i felt from then on it was like a cracker barrel experience..sub-par, sub-par, sub-par....poor late arriving drinks, smaller than normal portion sizes, an inflated prices...i felt saddened paying nearly 300 dollars for such a marginal experience....this is not the Ruth Chris i know...i am thinking the pier 5 one would have been a better choice

    Ruth Chris is hands down my favorite restaurant for variety, ambiance, service and availability (they stay open late). The ribeye and stuffed chicken are my favorite entrees. I always order the lobster mac no matter what else i eat. The seafood tower is absolutely amazing too. The bbq shrimp were a bit disappointing this time, usually very savory. Last night way too salty. Also disappointed they still dont take apple pay, google wallet... like cmon guys. I had to leave and go to an ATM to get cash and pay for my meal. They need a sign posted as patrons walk through the door so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Still my favorite restaurant!!!

    We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner! The food & service was outstanding. My husband & I also admired the manager and seeing how hard he was working to keep things moving efficiently. He was so kind & was going above and beyond for his staff (you don’t see this sort of team work every day). Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back!

    We always expect high quality and we are never disappointed. The Valentine’s Day menu was very good. Service, as per usual was impeccable. Always our go to place for a fine meal.

    Enjoyed a very pleasant Valentines dinner with my wife. The food and the service was excellent from the checkin to the checkout. Thanks for a memorable and enjoying dinning experience!

    Our server, Jorja, was wonderful. Took the time to share the history of Ruth's Chris, which we had never heard before despite being to the restaurant chain previously. The steaks were prepared perfectly, as is always the case at Ruth's Chris! Cocktails and wine were ON POINT!
