    The steak was amazing! Charging $14 for instant mashed potatoes is absolutely ridiculous.

    This was a special evening for my boyfriend and I and it was a beautiful night all around Angie our server was excellent and patient Even though it was a very busy night she didn’t make us feel rushed

    In season. Interior stacked with lots of tabled. Server was very kind, but the service itself was too slow.

    This my first time going to Ruth Chris and I was expecting more fancy ambience but it was a great experience overall. The food was amazing!

    Valentine’s Day dinner was awful. Severely understaffed and the back kitchen was a mess even losing countless table’s tickets. The waitstaff had to retake orders and start everything over after guests had waited an hour already. The food that we were lucky enough to actually receive was outstanding, but after waiting an hour and a half our entrees finally arrived and we never saw our appetizer. It was completely lost and nobody cared.

    We were there for Valentine’s Day and it seemed like they brought in extra tables to accommodate the demand. My wife ordered a second drink, and it never came. I am very surprised that it was overlooked at a five-star restaurant.  The waiter apologized and said it was his error. Lastly we had the potato Au Gratin. The potatoes were hard, not cooked fully. I have always had good experiences at Ruth Chris. I will give them another shot down the road. But not for a while.

    Loved the food and we had great service. I was not happy with the location of our table. They had us in a small room with chairs close to each other. Not happy with the location of of our table.
