   Everything was amazing! They really made our experience special. Celebrated a friends birthday and Johnny the bartender/server gave us outstanding service. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for such a memorable time!!

   Amazing waiters and experience. Managers came by to check on us. The food was great! We got desserts to celebrate our anniversary.

   Ruth’s is always top notch. We love the filet and lobster tail dinner. The service is always outstanding. Thanks for another great date night.

   I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris 50 times at least and have left many reviews, and usually leave 5 stars. Tonight was just 4 stars tho, which is out of character. But I call it like I see it. 1. Ordered bone-in NY strip with crust. Dish arrived, no crust. But waiter didn’t check on us for 15 minutes so by the time I could report the failure, I was almost finished. 2. General shortage of attention from waiter. Example… he came to replace my son’s coke, took his glass, then disappeared for 15 minutes. So he had nothing to drink for 15 min. 3. My son’s cowboy ribeye was incredible and delicious, perfectly cooked. 4. My bone-in NY strip was just average, slightly dry.

   Thanks Ruth’s of Sarasota! Consistently high level of food and service. Excellent drinks, Filet and lobster were spot on as well as salads and desserts. Thanks to Janelle our waitress for attentive service making it a a really nice night.

   It is with a heavy hand I write this review, I have been going to this restaurant since it opened and it has been my favorite, last week, we reserved a table at 6 and when we got there it was not reserved, ok no problem sat another table waitress brought drinks and salad same time? After we asked her to pace our meal, then brought dinner 45 min after salad? This week we made res at 5:45 requested table..again our request was ignored, this time our server was great, we will give it one more try,if they cannot honor reserved tables and pace meals then we will go someplace else, sometimes with change in staff quality goes down.

   As always it was a wonderful experience. Rita was a great waitress. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. We love the sweet potato casserole. Also loved the wine. Dessert was sin cake and it was delicious!

   It's always special to dine at Ruth's! Everything was delicious and service was flawless. They go out of their way to make things special as they seated us in a booth - which we always enjoy. Congrats to the team on making for a perfect evening.

    Good service and food, but the atmosphere was disappointing. The restaurant itself felt dull, and there was an unpleasant smell inside. The lighting made it seem like they were about to close, even though I had an 8 PM reservation. The place was nearly empty, which added to the lack of ambiance. I love the NJ location of this restaurant and was excited to try it while visiting Sarasota, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations.
