I had booked a reservation the day before, and I arrived 10 minutes before my reservation of 8:30. I could not believe that we were not seated until 9:05 pm, with excuses ranging from a lack of staff or issues with the kitchen. What is the point of having a reservation online if it is not honored by a reasonable time? The dining room itself was more than half empty.

Always amazing food. Had a reservation and was told it was still over an hour wait so we ended up eating at the bar. Waited close to an hour and a half for our food, items ended up being out of stock once served. Bartenders were great, odd experience for Ruth Chris location

Our reservation was at 7:15. We were seated at 8:05. Our server Shane was very knowledgeable and made the dinner feel much better!

Ruth Chris’s in Downtown St Louis is EXCEPTIONAL! What a Gem! We had the PERFECT TABLE by the window overlooking the Arch!!! Our food was OUTSTANDING and so was our server Kyle!!! Wonderful experience All around!! I wish we were Rich! We’d definitely dine in more often!

We came in for our anniversary, the filet was delicious. Nick our waiter was phenomenal, what a great young man he made the experience extremely enjoyable.

Several forgotten items, table was always covered In plates, server was very short with us and didn’t want to help accommodate our kids when we were willing to pay extra. Will not be going back due to experience at that level of dining.

As always, the service starting with valet is top notch. You are greeted with a smile when you walk in to the restaurant and friendly conversation on the way to your table. Our server, Jasmine, was extremely attentive and more than ready to help with anything we needed. The food was cooked perfectly and was absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to the next visit.
