Koocha was founded in 2018 as Bristol’s first totally vegan restaurant – a plant pioneer, we’ve led the way for animal-free cuisine across the city.

What really sets us apart though is the big, unexpected and delicious spices and flavours from Persia and the Middle East that infuse every dish in our bountiful menu.

Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. La comida muy bien. El personal de servicio en el salón comedor es insuficiente. Solamente había un capitán - mesero y dos ayudantes. Los tiempos para servir lentos, al final no llegaron una botella de agua y una bebida, mismas que incluyeron en la cuenta. El proceso de solicité la cuenta y que la corrigieran llevo más de 20 minutos y la excusa del capitán fue que él estaba solo en el salón. Algo que no es responsabilidad del cliente.
