Paolo y Matteo son 2 sujetos de Milano con una gran idea. La de tomar la esencia de sus tradiciones y mezclarlas con las innovaciones emocionantes que están sucediendo en la gastronomía italiana. Así nace Giano, un restaurante que respeta tradiciones y acoge el futuro, y que toma su inspiración del dios romano Jano, quien podía mirar hacia el pasado y hacia el futuro. Aquí aparece el chef Simone Bonelli, quien trabajó en un restaurante ganador de estrellas Michelin en Italia durante 4 años. Después se mudó a Nueva York donde le tomó alrededor de 6 meses ganar 2 estrellas de parte de Frank Bruni en una publicación para The New York Times. Él es el chef ejecutivo y copropietario, y mezcla su técnica innovadora y sabores grandiosos con una presentación magnífica. Para todos aquellos que creen haberlo visto todo, el restaurante les asegura que no es así. El personal piensa del restaurante, localizado en una pequeña esquina de East Village, como uno especial, y espera que usted lo vea de la misma manera.
