VIA VAI is a Chef-Owner run restaurant, serving contemporary and authentic Italian food that one would find in the best restaurants and trattorie in today's Italy.

The restaurant is rustic cozy and charming, with a slate and marble top bar serving only select Italian wines, and local and imported tap and bottled beer, that pair perfectly with the artisanal food prepared every day on the premises, and the brick oven roman-style (thin crust) pizza cooked in the imported Italian oven.

Chef-owner Antonio Morichini is Roman born and bred. He did his culinary education and training in Italy, working in some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in Rome. His food is loyal to tradition, but forward looking.

Wildair is a New York Restaurant founded by Chef Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske. Our style of dining is fun, loud and really energetic. Our tables are high tops and all our food is meant to be shared with everyone. Expect interesting takes on dishes like our potato cake topped with sea urchin and pickled jalapeños, or our pissaladieclaire. We have an amazing dessert program and on Saturdays we have donuts at 12:00 that change every week. We also have one of the most unique and amazing natural wine lists in the city.

El restaurante Bobby Vans 54th Street ofrece el mismo servicio de calidad y excelente comida que en sus otros restaurantes. Está situado en un restaurante histórico que en su día sirvió de lugar de reunión para estrellas como Frank Sinatra y los otros integrantes del Rat Pack, por lo que sus paredes atesoran infinidad de anécdotas. Se encuentra al este de la avenida Park y a 4 calles al norte del The Waldorf-Astoria.
