Where Napa Valley meets Palm Beach, Salute Market is in an upscale, comfy-chic ambiance. We are a restaurant, bar, wine and liquor market, located in Palm Beach Gardens. Salute is a new concept featuring many elements that complement one another – all based on the belief that we should “enjoy life”.

The lunch menu offers a variety of gourmet sandwiches, small plates, soups and salads. The dinner menu features antipasto, charcuterie and entrees that pair perfectly with the selection of fine wines and craft cocktails and beer.

Salute offers 20 wines available by the glass, over 200 bottles of wine available for retail purchase, and pay a small corkage fee and drink the bottle on site with your meal!

At Salute Market the customer is our number one priority. Without them, there is no us. We are happy to introduce you to our products and ensure that you have everything you need to “enjoy life”.

I assume the staff was trying hard but it took a long time for the food to come out. I will say they prioritized the food for the kids and it was out quickly, thank you for that. As far as ours, we sat down at approximately 7:30 pm and did not get our food until about 9:20pm. We order the prepared menu for Valentine’s Day which was tasty. We may give it another try, but not sure.

My husband and I went on Valentine’s Day. The service and food were delicious. They did not rush us out but kept checking on us throughout our stay. There was a cute little red heart in each table ❤️. The live music was delightful as well. We will be going back for sure! The gluten free flatbread was amazing!!!

This is one of our “go to” places. As always it was very good. Only issue was the delivery of food seemed exceptionally slow for food prep waits between courses. And these were part of a price fixed menu courses. Seated at 6:30 and left at 8:30 taking desert to go otherwise near 9:00. Even dessert was a challenge since we ordered 2 of that available deserts and they intially delivered one box with 3 pieces in it and said it was for 2 people. After some back and forth they finally determined they misread the receipt and prepared a second desert. This has never happened in over 15 years so it won’t affect any decisions to eat there again. Sometime you need to experience less Than stellar to appreciate how good the service and food actually has always been and will be in the future.

Another great meal at Salute. Consistently good food and service here with nice outdoor seating. This month featured French menu has a delicious FRENCH ONION SOUP with swiss and provolone cheese, and garlic toast points. Full of flavor and onions, perhaps a dash too much pepper, but hot and a great start to our meal. The SHRIMP FRANCAISE is egg battered shrimp, in white wine butter, fried capers, grilled lemon, celery root gratin, with herb roasted tomatoes. The shrimp is perfect. The PAN-SEARED DUCK with sauteed carrot, onion, fennel, and cognac sherry sauce is so good. Finish with the ELIJAHS HOUSEMADE BEIGNETS in cognac honey, and powdered sugar. JP gives us great service, knows the wine list extremely well along with the menu items and has a great personality. Love this restaurant and its food.

Note to management: You have chosen to be understaffed at the expense of a hard working, genial staff. Service was exceptionally slow, given how streched each person was in coverage zones.
