If you are traveling by BART, exit at Embarcadero Station. Walk North up Drumm St. past the Hyatt Regency and turn right to enter the street level of Embarcadero Center 4. Take escalator up two flights to the Promenade Level. Sens entrance is located on your left a few yards down the walkway .

This is a restaurant that can accommodate any allergies and restrictions. Oscar, our server is a star. He took very good care of us. It was a birthday celebration and cards were placed on the table and a dessert with sparklers was complimentary.

My review is of a business dinner for 18 people held on a weekday. The restaurant was very accommodating of our group's needs. Service and food were top-notch. Staff were attentive, friendly, proactive. We appreciated being able to check our bags at the host desk. The only negative comment was the noise level (it was a full restaurant that evening and we could only hear the people directly next to/across from us). I would happily take a smaller group back to this restaurant for future events.

Wonderful evening! The food and drinks were fantastic and sitting outside on the terrace was great, too!

This is a really big restaurant with lots of tables inside and outside. Most of them were empty but the bar was busy. It would have been a nice visit except the music is so loud you can’t hear what your table mates are saying. There is also an issue with the bar since we ordered cocktails and they didn’t arrive until we were halfway through our entrees. The food is fine, nothing special. Tasting good. Our server was great but he was obviously covering too many tables.

I love this place both inside and on the deck. However there was 't much to eat for me (gluten free) and my friend who is a vegetarian. We literally left thinking that maybe we only got the happy hour menu and didn't get the real menu? But the server saw us struggling to order so it seems like he would have told us if there was another menu? We left kinda hungry but very much enjoyed the view from the deck.

We went to celebrate a birthday. I love that the note I put into OpenTable was actually read and acted on!!! They gave my friend a birthday card and a free dessert! The crab dip appetizer was excellent!!! Our meals were very good, but the chocolate cake with hazelnuts was incredible!!! It is VERY NOISY in there so if you’re looking for quiet romance, this is not the place. But if you don’t mind a loud and bustling crowd, I strongly encourage you to go with a group and order all the appetizers!

Went on Fried Chicken Fridays and the fried chicken was excellent. The hot sauce was spicy but also flavorful, the rosemary honey was a great compliment to their great tasting (but slightly on the hard side) biscuits, and their shoestring fries were wonderfully seasoned and crispy. Beautiful ambiance with views of the Bay Bridge from the table and a sleek bar design.
