Surrounded by spectacular views of the majestic six peaks of Olympic Valley and the meadows below, Six Peaks Grille presents an innovative menu of distinctive regional cuisine that features the freshest produce, seafood and steaks. Enjoy romantic indoor dining by our beautiful stone fireplace and panoramic views through our floor-to-ceiling picture windows. Chef Chris Watkins at Six Peaks Grille welcome you to a Christmas Eve dinner in Lake Tahoe. Indulge in our special three-course prix fixe Christmas Eve feast – a culinary journey not to be missed. First course is a grilled octopus accompanied with fingerling potato, purple ninja radishes and a pinecone kitchen black garlic aioli. Chose from a pan seared scallop with champagne sabayon or a Superior Farms Lamb RackComplement your meal with an optional wine pairing. $100 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairing additional $25 per person. Regular menu not available.

One of the very best special-occasion restaurants in North Lake Tahoe is hosting a prix fixe dinner for New Year’s Eve. Festive deep sea red crab salad, bone marrow crusted filet mignon, mushroom gnocchi are featured on the four-course menu at $100 per person plus gratuity and tax, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25. They’re known for their steaks, but a caramelized s'more lave cake is another toasty way to toast the new year. Regular menu not available.

Fantastic dinner with extended family! The Granite Chief cocktail was refreshing and complex. Highly recommend the duck starter. The cut of the day was the bison rib-eye, which was delicious. If they have it, definitely opt for it. My dad had the pork chop, which he praised as better than what he recently had at a 1-star Michelin restaurant in the Bay Area. The catch of the day, sea bream, included Kauai prawn, mussels and delicious mushrooms. The grilled lemon cheesecake was amazing, while the chocolate mousse was shockingly too chocolately for the chocolate fans in my family. Overall, the tastiest meal in the Tahoe area we’ve had in a while. Definitely plan to come back!

Food and atmosphere was great. Little pricey for what you get. Service was not great. Never received a water refill and drink orders like cocktails took over 30min. Service quality is really what I would caution to. We celebrated my wife’s 42 birthday and wasn’t the best experience. Not the worst but for the price I feel a bit cheated.

Parking at the hotel was chaotic that day but the guys at the valet were great in getting our car and taking care of it for us while we went inside to get seated for our reservation. The seating was in a a quiet corner and the waiter we had was super chill and relaxed. He gave us time to look at the menu and pick our drinks and food. We had two appetizers- the corn bisque and the duck- both were delicious! Our entrees took a really really long time in coming though. They eventually gave us another sampling of the corn bisque for everyone to tide us over because of the long wait. Our party ate primarily steaks - filet mignon and the 21 day dry aged steak- both were large portions and cooked to perfection! I had the scallops- smaller portions thank goodness but delicious nontheless. And my bf had the special for the day- halibut. Best he’s ever had!!! So tender and juicy! Overall a wonderful dinner- but be prepared to spend minimum $100+ per person! Great food and service.

Amazing experience, as per usual. Matt was very helpful and had extensive menu knowledge, and Carly and Chef Chris made the visit so incredibly pleasant. Will be back

Delicious halibut. I dined with two others and they loved their scallops as well. Everything was delicious. Well priced wine list as well. Beautiful setting. Gorgeous views of the Sierras.

The head chef here is remarkable putting out not only creative dishes but one of the best meals we’ve had in a very long time. Mathew was the waiter who was highly attentive as well.

Great experience for our anniversary. We went later in the night and there was almost no one in the restaurant. They seated us at their best table. Food was amazing, we are thinking they might have beat our favorite steakhouse! The bone marrow crust on the steaks was a game changer. Best carrots we’ve ever had as well. Loved everything we got: grilled asparagus salad, the duck appetizer, two steaks, fingerling potatoes, s’mores lava cake, and tart.

We had an excellent meal and top notch service. Thanks to Susan (our server and bartender) for going the extra mile. We shared the Little Gem Salad which was delicious. My husband had the Pan Seared Scallops which he loved and I enjoyed the Fish Special. We also had a bottle of Sancerre after our cocktails, and it was the perfect wine for our meal. I'm sure dessert would have been outstanding too, but we were too full to order any. Next time!!! Can't wait to go back!!! Thanks again Susan!!!

My black cod was very well cooked, but the amount of sauce and foam and other pseudo haute cuisine additions nearly ruined it. My husbands chicken was beautifully and comically presented in a huge dish, but was tasteless. And we didn’t feel well after dinner.
