   Not one of the best evenings at Sophia‘s for us. Two large groups of 10 to 20 loud and Gregorius men seated around us. It made our dining experience less than favorable. The service was adequate, but not up to its usual superior standards due to the large groups inside and out. From a time of ordering the time of receiving our food the wait time was significantly greater again, due to the large parties surrounding us. I’ll have to say it’s the first time in the 10 years we’ve been frequenting Sophia’s that the food we ordered and ate was not impressive, but instead pedantic.

   Chicken Milanese was excellent. Spumoni dessert was also very good.

   We use to love Sophia’s but this time they missed the mark. The salads were very small with hardly any dressing on them. My husband’s veal Marsala just didn’t taste right. I tried it as well and the sauce was very watered down. My side of mushroom risotto which I didn’t taste till at home had a weird taste I did not enjoy. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this restaurant. Too expensive and the quality is no longer there.

   Sophia's is always consistent. Veal is great, pastas spot on. Only knock tonight was my guest ordered the Fettucine Alfredo. The sauce was so thick and goopy that it was just a blob. True Alfredo should be creamy but a thinner sauce. All the other dishes were good.

   This is the best Italian restaurant in Naples! The assortment of veal chops are unparalleled and the homemade pastas are all delicious. The waitstaff is professional and friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. A great night out! 😄👍👍 We look forward to returning!

    The food and service was excellent. We had a party of three and no one was unhappy with their meal. If you love veal this is a must go to restraunt. They have more choices than I have ever seen for veal but it’s the best I’ve ever had. We will be back soon.
