   The Stable Cafe is a fun experience when visiting the Biltmore Estate. It is built into the original stables of the Estate and the perimeter houses tables inside what once were the pens (now very clean, of course!). Our service was excellent and we all enjoyed the food choices we made. A bit pricey, but not unexpected as it is located within a tourist destination. Definitely recommend, and definitely recommend reservations during weekends and the summer.

   Food and service were excellent. We had reservations at 1:15 and were done with our tour earlier. They were able to seat us early. Highly recommend!!

   We’ve dined here previously but not since dinner at the holidays. Staff was friendly and professional. Lots of open tables despite a wait which says not enough staff coverage. In my opinion food was c- at best. Hubby had pulled pork sandwich and I had chopped brisket sandwich. Both were pretty bad. Mine, worst brisket I’ve ever had. Tasteless unless you count too salty. Practically mush. Roll was tasteless and verging on stale. White sauce was left off but luckily it was. If vinegar and black pepper is your taste= the white sauce. I had fire roasted corn and potato soup. It had at least some flavor. We shared collard cheese dip. It was ok. We had soda and tea. Almost $78. Very disappointed. It wasn’t crowded. It’s Easter. No Easter specials. Guess I’ll wait for the holidays again. No bueno.

   The Stable Cafe , great restaurant, great food & our server Donovan was excellent. It was Easter Sunday and very busy . The entire staff was professional and made for a great meal and dining experience!!

   Tasty, fresh food and fast, friendly service! We really enjoyed our lunch at the Stable Cafe. Food and drinks were served up quickly and our server Paula treated us like family. We loved the fresh side salads and yummy house-made dressing. The bbq sandwiches were great! We were in and out in plenty of time to get to our timed visit. The stable booth made for a unique dining experience. We would gladly return!

   Paula, our server, exceeded our expectations! She was so warm and friendly & so helpful. We ordered the fire roasted corn soup and chicken salad in a croissant accompanied with French fries, it was very delicious, all of it!!! Excellent service from the host staff as well who seated us; we only waited a few minutes for our table. We were SO IMPRESSED by our entire dining experience because of your amazing team. Thank you Paula for a very memorable dining experience. Your personality shines like a ray of sunshine. You are one of the BEST servers I have ever met (and not very many are as amazing as you were with us)!!! Your energy, your spirit truly were positively contagious.    Chicken salad was delicious as was the risotto, soup and corn bread. Donna, our sever was charming and informative. The decor is rustic and an extension of the main house. Very enjoyable lunch. I highly recommend

    Food was fantastic! We have several members in our party with food allergies and they were more than happy to accommodate. The food came out hot and fresh and everything was delicious. They were even able to accommodate our super picky 10 yr old who is picky about bread texture and doesn't like his food touching other food. Would definitely go back again!
