    Fantastic views. Wait staff were very attentive. We had a couple issues with the food. Prime rib was over cooked. Desserts were a little bland. The fish and chips were excellent. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a nice evening.

    We appreciated the friendly greeting from the hosts/stand as we came through the entrance. We were 40 min early, so they gave us the option of the bar area with no wait..we opted to sit at a table by the window and enjoyed that area of the restaurant for dinner. Began with the calamari appetizer which was okay, however would not repeat. Next we followed with the lobster bisque, and when ordering, had forgotten to mention to please be sure it was hot. When it came out was warm, so after tasting, asked if they could microwave. They remade and it made all the difference..was delicious! The salad with blue cheese was good, although seemed like it was not the freshest..probably should have mentioned at the time. Entrees were the 12 oz prime rib and the crab and shrimp fettuccini. Was disappointed in the prime rib..interesting flat cut, with a bit of fat, and while it was ordered MW, the taste was lacking. In reflecting, should have mentioned at the time, as I enjoy prime rib when available. They were out of several desserts which sounded tasty, so had the crème brûlée which was okay. Next time, would like to try one of those instead. The timing of the courses was perfect, and appreciated the service, and follow thru with our requests.

    party of 4, 3 meals were very good. The 16oz prime rib was horrible.....fatty and a steak knife would not cut the meat! looked like road kill. The chef came to the table and agreed. How that cut made it out of the kitchen is the question.

    The food, service and ambiance was great. The noise level was a little high, but did not impact table conversation. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It is one of the few that has maintained its level of experience over the many years it has been in business

    Horrific experience. We had a reservation. Didn’t get seated until 45 minutes AFTER the time. A bar maid took our drink order in the lobby while waiting. We were already to our table and still didn’t have our drinks. What is the point? Other than a blatant upsell. Our table was directly under a speaker. We asked twice if the music could be turned down. Nothing. Our waitress wasn’t attentive, left us there for several minutes. Get our dinners. My shrimp on the fettachini was ice cold, two of the steaks weren’t cooked to how we had asked them to be. Went to the restroom. That was out of paper towels. We spent close to $500 on dinner. Very disappointing. I was embarrassed that we brought our out of town guests here. Stanley’s used to be a treat. Not so anymore. We will not be back.

    Hubby ordered the prime rib.. it was perfect and I ordered the wagu steak....again perfectly cooked and was delicious. Our server was extremely helpful, frienddy and attentive.

    My family and I had a wonderful dinner on Sunday early evening,4:30. I was surprised to see so many people there at that time for dinner but I don't get out much. LOL The menu had a nice variety of things to choose from. I kind of questioned the combination of flavors for a couple dishes when looking at the menu but all of us were very happy with our choices. My son said his Sea Bass with shrimp cake was one of the best dishes he's ever had. Thank you and we hope to be back soon
