                                              Excellent food — creative mix of flavors and ingredients! Wait staff friendly and not pretentious. Beautiful romantic setting. Our Valentine’s Day favorite!

                                              My husband and I don't understand why the Ashby Inn doesn't have a Michelin star. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the wine and pairings are perfect. Service is always excellent. What's not to love?

                                              I absolutely loved dining at The Ashby Inn Restaurant. The quiet and romantic ambience, the history, the delicious food. Everything was so wonderful. The staff was so poised and kind. I would love to go back to stay at the Inn and enjoy breakfast. 10/10!

                                              We had a lovely lunch at the Ashby Inn. The food was good overall though not great, but my husband loved his steak (even though it was well done despite rare requested). They seemed to be understaffed as one friendly person was both greeter, server and bartender. There was only one other couple dining, although a third couple was seated at one point but left after waiting a considerable time without being handed a menu. It's a pretty building and location and a nice stop if you're in the area.

                                              Food and service were amazing while we watched the snowfall peacefully. They added a subtle Happy Birthday chocolate to the dessert, which was perfect form my wife! Our waiter made an amazing impromptu Mocktail!! Excellent experience all around.

                                              One of the best meals I’ve ever had (and I used to live in New Orleans so I know good food). From the personally curated mocktail to the absolutely melt in your mouth gnocchi to the rich scallop and the most amazing tiramisu, each course had perfect flavor combinations and we would’ve eaten any one of them endlessly. Cannot wait to return!

                                              Food was well prepared and elegantly presented. Wine list was vast. Each course both vegetarian and meat were balanced with interesting play of flavors. Dessert was not overly sweet perfect! French Press coffee finished the experience. Lovely!
