Standard Seating Reservations are indoor tables & not all outdoor reservations are guaranteed heating or protection from the rain.

The max number of people per reservation is 12 for indoors and 8 for outdoors.

To allow as many people to enjoy the pub, reservations will be for 2.5 hours. Multiple bookings for larger parties / longer visits will not be honoured

Card / contactless payments only.

We continue to offer our wonderful menu of British and Mediterranean dishes alongside a list of carefully-selected wines and our regular selections of regional ales and international lagers.

Come and see our wonderful recently refurbished function rooms Upstairs at The Atlas. We have 2 rooms available - The Dining Room and The Bar Room. The perfect set up for drinks parties for up to 60 people or lunches and dinners for up to 40 people.

As always really really well done and superb food. Suggestion ….Would be great to see a couple more mains at the lower £20s price point as the majority seem to be nearer £30 which , although superb dishes, don’t fit the budget for mid-week / after work /more frequent visits Staff and service are , as always, flawless !

Party of four visited for late Sunday lunch. Food was excellent. Service very mixed. A couple of staff provided warm and friendly service, one member of staff was sullen and did the absolute minimum. Cleared the dishes when one of us was still chewing their last mouthful and left a load of dirty dishes and glasses on the table. We asked for 5 minutes break before ordering our dessert and she never came back at all. We had to hunt down another member of staff to take our order. While the food was great, not sure I’d rush back. It’s nice to feel welcomed and appreciated when you’re ditching a load of money somewhere, but here, after our initial warm welcome, we felt like an inconvenience. Shame as the venue and food are good.

We love the atlas but the service was very slow despite a minimal number of patrons and the portions (at least the mozzarella starter) appear to have shrunk ?

Not wide choice on lunch menu but what we ordered was very good. Staff pleasant and promt service. We had the burger and chips. Burger very meaty and tasty - fabulous chunky chips not greasy. Cost very reasonable.
