El Bauer Kitchen es un enérgico "bistro" exclusivo, situado en una restaurada fábrica de fieltro, inspirada en el estilo de SoHo. El acero industrial, suelos de hormigón, madera recuperada y la iluminación personalizada se combinan para crear un telón de fondo acogedor para su experiencia culinaria.                                                               We were greeted with great big smiles and walked to our table immediately! Everyone was patient with us as we waiting for a few people. Server was amazing and the food was delicious as always! Beyond happy with my experience!

                                                              We went for brunch to celebrate a #80 birthday. Our reservation request for a comfortable booth was honoured, cosy and a bit out of traffic area. Hostesses were friendly and efficient, Devin our waiter was just great. He was very friendly and did his job very well. 👍👍 Great coffee service, great choices for breakfast on menu. All hot and tasty. Birthday guy given a choice of dessert and it was shared by all! Nice presentation. Fun watching kitchen staff doing their thing but surrounded by glass too. A great restaurant for all ages.

                                                              I was very disappointed because I have been here before. We have reservations for 7:30 and we orders drinks but did not get them until about 8:20 and we orders our food didn’t get it until about 8:45. I orders a plant based burger it was a very dry bun no mayo or anything just literally the vegan patty and a little coleslaw. Our waiter almost dropped my daughter’s food on her she had to catch the plate to save it. To be honest so much more happened but overall it was a horrible night especially considering we were celebrating a birthday. It took the experience of joy out of it 😢

                                                              Meal was great, service was attentive and personalized. Everyone found something on the menu they liked and was a nice family dinner. Noise level was a bit loud at some points but not distracting overall, able to enjoy conversation.

                                                              Bauer has been a recent favourite of ours. We have gone a handful of times in the last month. The food is fresh and delicious! Service is always amazing. We had Bryan today and he was attentive and accommodating to my very specific (and multiple) requests. The manager always checks in to make sure that everything is good. Thank you to the Bauer team!
