   Always a pleasure to dine at this wonderful Northeast coast restaurant chain. First rate food, presented well and with impeccable service. Manager of the restaurant routinely surveys the dining areas to make sure all is running smoothly.

   The appetizers were absolutely delicious, the 10 oz filet on the other hand wasn’t as good as I expected. It was charred and not cooked to what I asked. The waiter had me and my date waiting for over 20 minutes for a check when I had a train to catch

   Very nice Easter dinner with great service s as nd staff. No rushed even though busy. Would go again.

   George was an absolute professional! His description of all the daily specials and all of his food recommendations were perfect! My Dad had the Porcini-rubbed bone-in ribeye steak, and it was very tender. My mom had the filet mignon special that was on the Easter Menu and Clam Chowder, and I had the Sliced Filet Mignon with cipollini onions and mushrooms. All of our meals were great! Then my parent's split the Cheesecake and said it was better than the Capital Grill cheesecake they usually get in Paramus. Overall, it was a wonderful brunch experience and will be back again soon! Thank you, George!

   Two of the four steaks were way undercooked and had to be sent back. Not acceptable for a steak that was over $70.

   Not the normal birthday experience I’ve received. And I mean that in an almost non existent way. They had the birthday card and little decorations on the table setup. But from past experiences the host/hostess and wait staff would ask who the birthday person was. And it would be accompanied by the small dessert sampler with a happy birthday with a candle. This was the complete opposite of my past experiences with Capital Grille. The food was still good and the wait staff aside from the birthday issue was fine.
