    I had an absolutely delightful dining experience! The food was nothing short of spectacular—every dish was savory, packed with flavor, and simply delicious. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and attention to detail. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. The cozy atmosphere added an extra layer of comfort, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner or a special night out, this spot is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended!

    We had very good food at The Cellar with some interesting new takes on old favorites -- escargots in a mushroom cream sauce. Delicious and we sopped up the sauce with bread. Our only complaint was that it was hard to find since it was our first visit. Big sign out front but we had to ask directions to find the entrance at the back of the building.

    Honestly the best meal I have had. We will go back again. We had the escargo. Amazing. I had the duck. Amazing!!

    Took my family for dinner. First time at The Cellar and more than likely will be our last… unless we want appetizers and drinks😊 had several of the popular appetizers and lobster bisque soup (amazing!!) unfortunately though the main courses were not as impressive. Some food was cold (breaded pork chop) I ordered the duck and was extremely disappointed 😔 Not worth the price but worth it because I spent time with my children

    What a place! Loved every part. Great food and options. Great cocktails and wine list. Great service. Good house music really captures the theme of the whole place. I can’t think of a place in the area that is anything like it.

    The ambience and service were excellent. It was the ideal setting for a quiet dinner with friends. The food was not excellent, especially for that price. I was hopeful that the lobster bisque would not be as salty as the last time I had it, but unfortunately, it was both salty and barely warm. Great flavors and great presentation -- they pour it from a little pot into your bowl over pieces of lobster -- but disappointing. The much-hyped chocolate souffle was not nearly chocolatey enough. The Cellar shines in its cocktails. I've had several, and they are all fantastic. I especially like ordering "The Cuff," which is what the bartender feels like making. It's a delightful surprise.

    My husband and I went for dinner for our 35th anniversary. Our overall visual impression was that it is a very nostalgic and unique experience - the negative is that there is definitely an odor and we noticed dirty mirrors. I understand that the odor may be beyond their control due to the age of the building. The bar was phenomenal. All the staff were top-notch; very polite and just formal enough to feel special but still very friendly and nice to converse with. The food was excellent however, the portions were rather small for the price. We tried escargot for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Next we had the octopus in a delectable tomato sauce. The meat was fresh and flavorful. However, there were only 3 to 4 bites of it for $25. My husband and I had octopus on Catalina for less money and we received several delicious tentacles. We felt the flavor of that octopus was more memorable than this was. I would not order it again at The Celler. Next, we had the lobster bisque, which was the best I’ve ever tasted. Although we both noticed that several of the dishes were on the saltier side, this being one of them. But it was so good that I didn’t mind. Next, we had our entrée, the filet mignon, cooked perfectly. My medium rare was a gorgeous pink and not blue at all. Finally for dessert, I had a vanilla soufflé with Grand Marnier englaise and hubby had the sticky toffee. Of course they were both delicious. We will definitely visit again for a special occasion. A-
