El Freemasons at Wiswell sirve comida fabulosa en un entorno rural elegante y relajado. Está ubicado en la localidad de Wiswell (también conocida como "la caja de bombones"), cerca de Clitheroe, en el pintoresco Ribble Valley. Se reformó y se volvió a abrir en el verano de 2009 y ahora ofrece un ambiente hogareño para una clientela fiel. Tiene suelo de piedra, paredes de colores suaves tradicionales, alfombras y muebles antiguos y cuadros e ilustraciones de época que crean un ambiente elegante y cómodo. El bar ofrece una excelente selección de cervezas de barril tradicionales de cervecerías independientes galardonadas y más de 250 vinos magníficos de todo el mundo. La comida es su punto fuerte. El chef y propietario Steven Smith ha creado un menú único y diverso que se adapta perfectamente al estilo y el ambiente. Es una verdadera experiencia gastronómica.

Fantastic three course Sunday roast with extra treats, artisan breads , a birthday card for my son and gorgeous Birthday chocolates which were totally unexpected. Andrew and all the waiting staff were warm, friendly and down to earth. We went home thoroughly satisfied . Food how food should be!

Great food from the a la carte menu. Lovely staff and service. A really nice evening for our pre-wedding anniversary dinner. The restaurant could have been warmer - a bit chilly on a very cold night outside.

Lovely meal, friendly staff, and a lovely pub Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the staff were great, the only reason I marked Ambience down was because it was cold. It was a very chilly Febuary day and it would have been lovely to walk into a nice warm pub. We would love to go back and perhaps try the taster menu next time.

Wonderful experience only complaint my partner complained too much gravy with the steak pudding.My meals were superb no complaints.

It was excellent. We have eaten here before and the whole experience lived up to our high expectations. Very accommodating even when we had a mix up with our timings. Top drawer quality - not cheap but definitely value for money

Delicious food and impeccable service as always . We go here regularly and have never been disappointed. Outstanding value for lunch, would highly recommend.

Sunday Lunch was absolutely delicious and the service is excellent. All staff are attentive and polite and they make you very welcome as soon as you walk through the door.

As ever the staff were very hospitable, friendly and polite. Service was attentive. Our food was beautifully cooked and presented and we felt that the early evening menu was great value for money. We feel lucky to have the Freemasons on our doorstep.
