   Had another fantastic meal at the Greenfield Restaurant. Sat in the bar area and enjoyed some great piano play while sitting with my wife and our dear friends. John and his staff never disappoint. Chef even stopped by the table and had a nice chat with us. Cheers!!!

   They were not able keep our requested seating reservation. This significantly lessens the experience we were looking for.

   I had lobster and my husband ordered scallops. Both of us were very pleased with our meals. The restaurant is lovely - we ate at a table for two beside a window in the bar area. The highlight for us was the piano player. He really added to our dining experience!

   We ate there many times until 10 years ago. Decided to try again for our anniversary. Loved our server, Amy. Husband was not happy with the marinara sauce in his dinner and the mushrooms I added to my filet were too salty and my rare filet was more medium. I guess it's the times. You need to try for yourself. Just know we were not happy. Use to love going there.

   This was a much needed time with family to enjoy lunch at The Greenfield. The food was excellent and the service top notch. We have lived in Lancaster County forever and have never visited. It is safe to say that we will return..and soon. We loved every second of our visit. Thank you to all!

   Unfortunately, we will not return, and we had not been to The Greenfield in a while, which again is unfortunate. My husband said his crab cakes were good. Our beet salad was outstanding, but it was my meal that was the issue. The salmon was made with a ragout, which I was unaware was made with ham. Being a pescatarian, this was disappointing, knowing now that a ragout can be made with mushrooms instead. Being a pescatarian, I don't understand why chefs choose to ruin a seafood dish with meat, especially since it is challenging enough for us pescatarians to find dining options on menus. If a chef feels compelled to add meat to a seafood dish, at least, make it optional as a garnish.

   Clam chowder broth was all milk and clams were tough. Full price onion soup was a very small portion and not rich or cheesy. Very disappointing. Food used to be better and portions larger.

   Nice atmosphere, quiet and easy to carry on a conversation. This is the third time we have eaten at this restaurant and the food is ok.
