Expected much more from a venue within a Four Seasons. It was Christmas Eve so we expected some service delays but it was significantly worse than we could have imagined. Numerous hostess and apparent managers doing a lot of standing around while our group was ignored and without water. The server was very kind and friendly but there weren’t enough tables to overwhelm him yet order taking was extraordinarily delayed. The bar tender was helpful when I went directly to the bar to get a drink and water refills. The appetizers we ordered were tasty but the entrees, particularly the short rib were not good. I ignored, as outliers, the reviews of the crappy service and food thinking the typically excellent Four Seasons hospitality would rise to the occasion, but sadly I was very mistaken.

Possibly one of the worst server experiences. Had a reservation and got seated right away, but no server for 30 mins. We asked if one dish had dairy, she never came to confirm and when they brought the rest of the food she said "it had dairy so I didn't bring it." We ordered rosé which never came, not with the margarita or our food. Had to go up and ask for the manager who said they thought we were out of the rosé but he'd check. Minutes later a different (nicer) rosé comes with no mention of it. Then the bill comes and we were charged for an $170 bottle vs the $45 one we ordered. They took it off the bill in the end but this is just a taste of how poor the service is. Not to mention there were 4 hosts and only 2 servers for a packed house at aprés. Do not recommend coming here until they sort out their staffing issues. I will say the food we eventually got was great.

The food was very well prepared. We tried the elk nachos and fish and chips. Our server was great. Overall a great experience.

When we walked in, there was food and trash all over the floor and under the tables. It was loud and there was an unpleasant smell in the air. The trout was mediocre at best. My son ordered the kid’s steak and asked for it medium rare and it arrived well done. Our server was very nice and apologetic, which we appreciated, but we would never return. Very disappointed as a few people from a travel Facebook page recommended it, so we expected more, especially as guests of the Four Seasons. Even my kids who are 9 and 12 were turned off by it all. We like casual dining and don’t always need formal, but this was just dirty, loud and unappetizing.

The food was good, but no need to charge $8 for a Shirley Temple. Snake River Grille charges $4 for one that the make from scratch.
