Ben is the best server in the downtown area. Anyone who is lucky enough to get him as their server is going to have a marvelous time.

We were at the Melting Pot for a family celebration with a group of 8. We were seated in a private room, which we weren't expecting, and it was absolutely lovely. Our waiter Zachary was attentive, informative, fun, and absolutely charming. We really loved having the cheese fondue made tableside, and we are sad to hear that the service might be going away soon. All of the food was great! The marinades and dipping sauces are very flavorful. We adore the mojo and the coq au vin cooking broths. And the cheese and chocolate course selections are always great. The manager/owner visited and chatted with us a bit, took a group photo, and gave us a small framed print of our group. There were some fun extras that we celebrated with as well, a few new fun drinks and a chocolate explosion for dessert. Overall, an absolutely terrific evening!

Great experience overall! We made a reservation for 7:30pm and didn’t get seated until after 8pm, but the restaurant made it right. We had nine people and everyone did the four course meal. We had plenty of food and everything was delicious! Definitely get the Yin and Yang martini, it was like dessert in a glass! I loved the Alpine for cheese fondue and the Yin and Yang for dessert. For the mains, we mixed and matched so everyone could try a little bit of everything which worked well. A fun experience and a definite must try!

We had a wonderful 4 course meal that was absolutely delicious! There was so much food and we brought a lot home. Our server, Ben, was very attentive and took great care of us. I would highly recommend The Melting Pot!
