Nos sacaron del restaurante por un incidente en la cocina, sin embargo el Servicio se volvió lento e ineficiente y nos dieron un cupón para redimir por el incidente, sin embargo, cuando quisimos ir estaba cerrado en horario de operaciones

Our server Abby was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful, super knowledgeable of all the different foods and drink combinations. She was very attentive to all our needs. It was an excellent experience and we will return again and again. Have been going there for years and they never disappoint us.

We had the Valentine 5 course experience. The tomato bisque was very good. The dressing on the California salad is always so good. The baked potato cheese fondue is my husband's favorite. We chose the entre with steak, pork, & chicken. We were full and had meat left over. No matter how full you feel, there is always room for the chocolate fondue. We tried the dark chocolate strawberry this time and were very surprised. It was delicious.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting—perfect for a special night out. The four-course experience was outstanding: 🧀 Cheese Fondue: Creamy, rich, and paired perfectly with fresh bread, veggies, and apples. 🥗 Salad: Fresh and flavorful with delicious house-made dressings. 🥩 Entrée: The cooking styles were fun and interactive, and the selection of meats, seafood, and veggies was top quality. 🍫 Chocolate Fondue: Simply the best part! Decadent chocolate served with fruits, marshmallows, and cakes—pure heaven. The service was top-notch! Our server was attentive, friendly, and guided us through the entire experience with great recommendations. I highly recommend The Melting Pot for date nights, celebrations, or a fun night with friends. It’s more than just a meal—it’s an experience you’ll remember! Can’t wait to come back!

We were there for our daughter’s 14th birthday. There were four of us, and we were seated at a table with only one hot plate. That turned out to be a problem, because we couldn’t even cook the main course fully. There simply wasn’t enough heat or room to cook our dinner on time. We had to get to our other evening plans, and didn’t even get to have the chocolate/dessert. So, they gave us coupons. So, if you have four people or more…make sure you are seated with two or more places to cook. Service was great though.

The good - our server was really nice and the portion sizes were big. The bad - it took 10 minutes for our server to get to the table before we were even greeted. The prices don’t commensurate with the atmosphere. The restaurant has some areas that were dirty and it wasn’t even me that notice it. It was the kids. Specifically, the large lighting fixtures are covered in a final layer of dust. Something that is noticeable to anybody sitting at a booth and it’s right over your food.
