Our neal was excellent as always. We were there last night with our son & daughter to cerebrate son’s 15th birthday. Tanner was an amazing server and made it such an enjoyable experience! We had sliders, crab dips before a wonderful pear salad, then filets cooked to perfection, a ribeye and the tuna! Tanner topped it off with a birthday cake & candles! My som really loved it! The Mercury never disappoints.

Variety and quality of food and wine was as always, excellent. Very consistently good over MANY years. Service is usually good but was notably slower this time with recognizably fewer table visits. Had to ask manager or other staff to request our server come to the table twice. Probably extended our time there by about 30 minutes over what would historically been typical. Will still go back and will hope for improvement to historical great service.

I enjoy the Mercury Room always but especially for lunch when I have out of town clients. It is a great venue that’s not too stuffy but has that white table cloth style. Service is always highly attentive with servers ready to make recommendations and who can handle an “audible” on special requests.

The chef's food choices we had were fantastic...all cooked perfect and such a great atmosphere. Bonus was having owner Ray Washburne drop by to check in on us.

We hosted my husband’s birthday here and they placed us in a private dining area. The service was prompt but allowed us space to enjoy the food and the company. The food was incredible. Definitely recommend the Black Cod. It was out of this world.

Customer behind us was using speaker phone while we ate. Table across from us was very loud. Service was a little in attentive.

Tonight our experience was fantastic. The Mercury is always a good experience. But everything was exceptional tonight. The yellowfin appetizer, salmon and tuna entrees , and the raspberry soufflé were all wonderful. Our waiter was extremely patient and there for our every need. Thanks for a great dinner.
