Hugo is my favorite server. He is passionate about pleasing his customers. I had the duck and loved it. I also had a Dry Manhattan. Besides you having the best bartenders in Dallas you fill the glass to the rim which I love. Houston’s filled glasses to the top and they were large like yours. Hugo tried to offer me a dessert for my birthday and told him next time I was too full. Your soufflés looked heavenly. Kind regards.

Outstanding meal and experience! The food was amazing and our waiter Cory was fantastic! Great customer service starting with the valet ( and I’m so sorry to misspell his name Aloyes???) who remembers my sweet mom. Overall just a lovely experience!!

For just a last minute lunch date, The Mercury was perfect! The burger was delicious and the veal piccata was truly incredible. Tanner provided the same personal top notch service at lunch that he always gives us at dinner.

The bar and main dining room were loud but the wine room to the side was relaxed and quiet. The food was ready quickly and was delicious.

Reservation weeks in advance. Arrive and restaurant with 10-12+ empty tables and we are sat in the absolute worse spot. By the kitchen door next to the host stand. In the middle isle. Noise was 8-9 level on a 10 scale. Food was delicious. Service was chaos. Atmosphere was -1.

Food was 5 star, our server was 1 star. Rude and never checked on us. Walked away while I was speaking mid-order because his buddy whispered something in his ear (one example). Food was great and we had a great time though. Just don’t like bad service when we are in an upscale setting.

I have been here dozen or so times. It was the least positive visit. The steak was overcooked and bland. O requested Pittsburgh style medium rare. It was not cooked properly. One side tasted burnt as it appeared it stayed on that side too long. Portions of the steak were medium well. I always have had the kitchen slice the steak to share if desired. I had to go through three people to get it done and was told no until the manager had it done. This is terrible service. The Brussel sprouts tasted green and was not seasoned well. I expected and deserve better. Interestingly, the table next to us left unhappy as one of the regulars on the opposite side of the ones next to us communicated to the manager that the ones next to us had a negative experience. I won't be back as there are too many better options. It doesn't matter if the kitchen was busy as they should ensure the quality of service and food is on point reguarldess as to their internal challenges.

The Mercury is a go to for a 5* experience whether it's a casual night out on the town or a celebration. From the valet to dessert, always very good. We usually sent in the bar area and have appetizers and a drink. Last night we invited a couple to join us for dinner. Brandon was our server, ask for him - you will not be disappointed. We started with sushi appetizers, fantastic. Spicy Tuna roll sooooooo goooooood. Our friends shared a ribeye, my wife and I shared the salmon. Everything delicious. Definitely consistent and enjoyable on each visit.
