The Plumed Horse presenta un aspecto sofisticado gracias a su interior moderno y elegante con una cava de tres pisos cubierta de cristal en la que almacena 1.800 variedades y más de 20.000 botellas. On Sunday, April 13th, join us for our second round of informality! Leave the suit at home, wear your shorts, and enjoy LOTS of Champagne with our reserve caviar, but more importantly, with Fried Chicken! Salads to start, sides with the chicken, and dessert to follow, Plumed Horse style! If you were here last year for the dinner and returning for round doux, you are part of the club and will be given an initiation t-shirt. We had the 4-course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! The meal left us full and satisfied. The cocktails—Project G, Cosmopolitan, and Calm Seas—were phenomenal, with smooth textures, great mouthfeel, and complex flavors. The service was exceptional and truly elevated the experience! We enjoyed the Kona Kanpachi Crudo, Lobster Ravioli with Black Truffle, Basque Cheesecake, and Paris-Brest. Already looking forward to our next visit to The Plumed Horse!

Unbelievable, such a wonderful experience for us… we celebrated our son’s 19th birthday and Jeffrey was absolutely AMAZING - from the beginning to the end! We were so lucky to have Chef’s Table, enjoyed the atmosphere and the symphony that is Chef Peter and Chef de Cuisine Luis’ kitchen. Everything IMPECCABLE… THANK YOU! Wouldn’t go back. No dish really made me want more. It was decent but not worth the $1000 price tag. Service wasn’t great food wasn’t that tasty left feeling VERY underwhelmed and disappointed. Protege was way better.

The Plumed Horse is a lovely experience for any special occasion. We came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The service was spectacular. The food was beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. The sommelier provided excellent wine pairings for our courses. We hope to come back for our next important event.

Second visit to the Plumed Horse and we were impressed. The 8 course tasting service was phenomenal! Small dishes with sweet and savory flavors that danced around in our mouths. Excellent service from all the staff and such culinary talent from the chef. We were celebrating a belated Valentines Day and judging by the full dining room, a lot of couples had the same idea. We look forward to another fantastic dining experience at the Plumed Horse.

My husband and I went here for the Valentine’s Indulgence Experience menu on Saturday 2/15/25, and it was anything but. The mishaps started from the moment we walked in. We gave our name and reservation time (5 min early) to the gentleman behind the podium. He found our reservation, but seemed confused, and left without saying anything else. Standing there, wondering what was going on, a lady came from the back, and asked us for our name, then told someone to take us to the table. After passing down a couple hallways, and given no explanation of the different rooms we were passing, other than the wine room, we were seated. The gentleman pouring us water asked if we had been helped yet, which we awkwardly said yes to, because how else would we have gotten seated at a Michelin place? Another person came around to offer a glass of champagne and to find out if we would like the wine paring with dinner. We declined the wine pairing, but weren’t offered any other beverages (alcoholic or non) with our meal. The food was just meh. Some items lacked flavor, and others were chewy (scallop and duck). None of it felt indulgent at all. It was very basic. Definitely not worth the $998 price tag for two people who were just drinking water. Oh and the decor was extremely dated. The color changing lights overhead cheapened the space, and some of the ceiling lights were burnt out. I also noticed that because of the lighting design, my husband and his food were lit nicely, while me and my food were in the dark. I know this seems trivial, but again, it really cheapened the indulgence experience. Speaking of…whomever was in charge of the music needed some help with the playlist. The 90’s rap/love songs felt very out of place. There was zero indulgence here.

Valentine’s Day 2025, my wife and I did the prix fixe menu and wine pairings. The food was excellent but the service seemed lacking for a Michelin starred restaurant. Our servers missed a wine pairing and completely forgot the dessert courses, bring the bill before I reminded them about the dessert. We also received the duck savory courses prior to the pasta, out of order. Lastly the tables felt too close together, more like a casual restaurant than fine dining. I don’t anticipate coming back soon.

Food was good but service was below expectations and certainly not Michelin standard. The dining room was very crowded and noisy on a Saturday night. Upon arrival, the server didn’t ask about dietary restrictions so we ended up getting food that we had to return. Everyone was rushing and we were getting run into on the hallway all the time.
