The secret hideaway – named one of The World’s 50 Best Bars by Drinks International – is led by cocktail expert Kevin Beary. Our team has researched tirelessly to source and create the best possible cocktails using the freshest exotic fruits and spices, the finest rums and distilled spirits, and juices and elixirs that are cold-pressed and concocted in house every day. The Bamboo Room is tucked away inside of Three Dots and a Dash. Named one of Esquire's "Best Bars in America," The Bamboo Room offers a tailored experience through the world of rum in an intimate environment. Enjoy high end renditions of tropical cocktails featuring rare spirits carefully crafted by attentive expert bartenders. A $15.00 Deposit is required to make this reservation. Deposit is nonrefundable & will be applied towards final bill. We are a 21+ venue.

The Bamboo room welcomes Chris Elford of Navy Strength in Seattle, Washington for an exclusive two day pop up experience. Guests will enjoy a four course tasting of cocktails created by the Navy Strength team. Join us for a night of tropical cocktails served up by the Spirited Award nominated bar. Seatings are available from 4pm-10pm for $75 per person. Reservation time limited to 1.5 hours.

Beautifully decorated high energy vibe awesome fun drinks. My drink was lit on fire and it tasted so yummy. Food was excellent prepared. Highly recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at Three Dots and Dash recently that I feel needs to be shared. I made a reservation for a surprise birthday dinner and arrived at 8:45 PM with my guest. Unfortunately, the reception staff was not welcoming at all. While I can’t recall their name, I felt that the receptionist was very off-putting, as they immediately mentioned how long we could stay, despite the restaurant not closing until midnight. It was such a strange way to start the evening, especially considering we arrived with plenty of time left before closing. Thankfully, our waiter, Mia, was incredibly pleasant and made up for the negative interaction at the front. I appreciate her friendly service, but the experience with the receptionist left a bad taste. I would have expected a more gracious and professional approach given the special occasion.

First time here. A little hard to find since the entrance is in the alley. Did not expect it to be underground. But the ambiance, food, and drinks are very good. We will be back with a bigger group to try more things.

Love this place! It’s nice to have the secluded area of the bamboo room versus the more electric part of three dots in a dash if you’re on a date.

Server kind of abandoned us and stopped checking in. I get if they want to turn the table but it seemed kind of rude when the place was not that busy.
