Our pizza is different from other pizza. Our recipe for pizza dough originated in Calabria, Italy over 100 years ago. It had been passed down from generation to generation, until it was brought here to Canada by Mrs. Rosina Taverniti. Our pizzas are cooked in a stone oven just like how it was done in Calabria. Our thin crust pizza stays firm and crispy, all the way to the last bite. From the classic Margherita to our unique Gorgonzola. Our Calabrese style pizzas are something we've been proud of since day one
