Vin Room is Calgary's premier wine bar offering over 45 wines by the taste. With the help of the Enomatic Wine Preservation System, we can guarantee variety and freshness as well.

Our wines are complemented by our menu, focusing on fresh, local ingredients with a global twist. We offer tapas that are seasonal, wine focused and flavorful.

Vin Room West is located at 85 St SW and 8A Ave SW (take Bow Trail West to 85th Street SW and turn right)

We are a licensed restaurant. Children are welcome at Vin Room.
Patio (weather permitting) is available on a first come, first served basis. Our patio is dog friendly. We offer complimentary dog beds, dog amenities and furbaby fare for your furry friend.

The food was amazing!! Everything was cooked perfectly from appetizer to mains. The service was also great. Ambience was nice. Overall great restaurant! Will definitely go back there!

Great service, really good food, very attentive staff from all three people who served us that night. My girlfriend and I lasted a long time there, because we enjoyed the experience so much.

Two ladies out for lunch - one of us celiac. We ordered a few small plates and everything was tasty, particularly the Steak and mushroom bites, broccoli and the prawn pocket. The deviled egg and salmon roulade were fine but I’d order the other ones again every time! Very pleasant and attentive (but not too attentive ) service. We appreciated having quite a few GF choices marked on the menu.

A wonderful wonderful birthday night for my girlfriend! …thank you so much to the entire staff, but especially McKenzie for organizing and helping me organize my outlandish ideas and see to it that my fruition were met with ferocity. The food kept coming, and everybody was overwhelmed by the amount! They’re all delight by the plate presentation’s, the aroma’s, and the flavour palette, perfect blend warm, crispy, textural food that was a delight to consume. Super kudos to that amazing kitchen staff and chef. The adding of the smoke sardines on the cracker with pomegranate seeds and that little squeeze of mayonnaise made the night for my girlfriend, all her favourite things on her favourite cracker. And then my boo-boo are bringing a cake with nuts, to a nut free restaurant, was turned into a magnificent platter of desserts to tantalize the taste buds and eyeballs! Great job Vin Room! Memo to everyone; a nut free restaurant

It was just an awesome New Year’s eve dinner and the owner did a great job ordering food and drinks that were superb. Could not of been a better experience for New Year’s.

Great food. Excellent service. But the noise level is overwhelming. Between the loud music and the lack of sound deadening features, it’s really difficult to have a conversation with fellow diners without shouting.

Apart from the fact that each dish has become substantially smaller in size, the service was terrible. It took our waiter one hour to take our drink order from the time we arrived and then another half hour to take our food order. After that one dish came out at a time.
