The evening begins with Lump Crab Beignets & Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Tartlet paired with Sauvignon Blanc, followed by Marinated Grilled Shrimp paired with Chardonnay, Prime Sirloin Steak paired with Pinot Noir and ends with a Chocolate Plum Upside Down Cake paired with Cabernet Sauvignon.
