   Made reservation ahead for my Son’s Birthday. Greeted and seated quickly. Menus and drinks offered. Ordered appetizers clams, which were incredible. Delicious broth and rustic bread to dip. The Pork belly salad was delicious also. Entrees Rib Eye, Salmon and Scallops and steak medallions were all cooked perfectly and all great. The veggies and mashed potatoes were tasty. Dessert of Crème Brûlée and Birthday chocolate cake with ice cream and chocolate edible Happy Birthday. Tried a couple of different beverages from the special alcohol menu. All excellent. Service was excellent. Marcos as our waiter and all other staff we interacted with were attentive and friendly.

   As much as I want to say it was wonderful, tonight it wasn’t. My steak was so tough I had to fight to cut it. It was not cooked like I asked for and for the price, which have increased since we were there last it should have been melt in your mouth delicious! The Mac and cheese was great though.

   Willows is a lovely restaurant. But Beware! There are two wagyu beef entrees — one is $60 the other $162. We ordered the $60 wagyu and when the bill came they wanted us to pay $162. When we spoke with the manager he said “I can’t help you. All I can do is offer you an employee discount.” He said we were served the $$162 wagyu. I said if I had ordered shrimp and was served lobster I would know and bring it to the waiter’s attention, but we did not know the difference between the Wagyu beef dishes. AND we ordered the $60 beef. After I raised my voice the manager took the beef off the receipt. We will never return.

   Spectacular!!! They accommodated our last-minute reservation, service was excellent, the cocktail was delicious, and our server could not have been more delightful. An extremely pleasant and enjoyable evening evening!

   We have been to Willows 8 times and the last 2 visit have not been up to par. Chopped salad had no flavor, the steak had very little seasoning to none thank goodness for them bring the steak sauce to pair it. The steam clams were the star of the night. Maybe we might give it 1 more try and that’s a BIG maybe.

   We went to Willows for my husband’s birthday. The food is delicious and the service was outstanding. I would come again but it is pricey so it would be for special occasions.

    Our server was Marylynn, she was absolutely the best. The porter house steak was really good , very well cooked and the presentation was perfect. Will definitely come back again.
